As the first Head of Academy, I have been a key driver of its development from an initial idea to reality. The Academy is responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, training & development, & mentoring of all new team members up until their completion of the 6-month program and subsequent graduation. In my additional role of Team Leader, I also lead and mentor a team of existing high performing brokers. On a personal note, my wife and I are kept very busy with two very active and inquisitive your boys. I also enjoy most team sports, mountain biking, & collecting comics.
