As a Customer Care Specialist, I am responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by meeting their needs with regards to the post-settlement banking experience. I assist clients by improving the interest rate on their loan, switching repayments or product type and providing property reports. I maintain positive client relations and coordinate with the Care Team to assure client requests are handled appropriately. Working with Smartmove is something I really enjoy and it’s a great opportunity for me to grow and learn continuously.
I’m very passionate about my hobbies, which include dancing, working out at the gym, developing new skills and playing sports. I find these things exciting, fun and good for both the body and mind.
