I’ve been working with Smartmove for almost 4 years and I’d say I was given a lot of opportunity up until this day. Career growth is very important to me – having the experience from working as a Customer Experience Specialist, Customer Support Specialist, helping out with completing QA, and now with Process Improvement and Training – all these and having the continuous support of the whole Smartmove team makes me feel that I have contributed a lot to the betterment of the company and that I can always do better to help our Mortgage Advisors to deliver great customer service to our clients.


Since day one, I have seen Smartmove's One Team mantra. Surrounded by competent, driven, and supportive colleagues who helped me understand the ropes of the business and the importance of our work to our valued clients' mortgage journey, I grew as a professional and as a person. Challenging, fun, and fulfilling describe my average day as an Operations Team member.


Being part of Smartmove Operations Team for more than 2 years, I can honestly say we always ensure to meet the deadlines and strive to provide quality on every application that we prepare to satisfy both the clients and brokers.
