I joined Smartmove as a Mortgage Document Specialist taking on responsibilities to ensure the mortgage documents are completed correctly for a smooth settlement. I have always been passionate about assisting our clients in any way possible and have gained experience in various operations within the business. I have been looking after our Operations Team in Nepal as a Customer Experience Manager since I moved back home in 2022 and we work every day with an aim to ensure the entire process goes smoothly to help our clients achieve their financial goals.
On a personal note, I love spending quality time with my friends and family and exploring new places.
